Starbucks — Restaurant in New Bern

Our drinks today were the worst we have ever had - and we even had coffee with expired milk before! First off we waited over 20 minutes for 2 drinks. My husband did the entire shopping trip, paid and I was still waiting! The guy who was making the drinks was too busy talking to fellow employees to care about the back up of orders piling up. Another worker offered to help and he told her he had it. I think he forgot to put the coffee in the mocha frappe and it was nothing but ice and chocolate syrup. The iced coffee was nothing but milk. Picture a lovely couple from Raleigh, so relieved because they went to the beach and came back relaxed but a bit tired. I ordered an ice latte when I first started shopping in the store. I’ve been proceeded to do all of my shopping, which was about 25 minutes. I went back and it wasn’t done. I asked the girls what was happening. They were just sitting there like they had care in the world. There were three of them so I proceeded to check out. Went back it wasn’t done. And then went home and read war and peace several times. And re-organized my stamp collection. I drove back and it still wasn’t done.
