Joe's Pizzeria and Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in New Bethlehem

I waited 25 minutes after my wife's meal was served for my meal to be brought out to me during this time 3 people behind the bar ignored me as I tried getting their attention when our waitress finally did check up on us and I told her about this she avoided our table for about 5 minutes while she took care of everyone else when someone finally brought my meal out and I brought this to their attention I was called a liar by the owner and forced out the door come to find out the waitresses don't actually know what's going on because when they pick up your order from the kitchen they can't access the ticket these people seriously need to learn how to run a restaurant this is absolutely intolerable and I will never go there again you shouldn't treat people the way...

I'm going to keep it real! My 1st "turn off" was the cash or check only sign on the front door. But as a former merchant I understand. I ordered and my salad came out almost immediately! Took forever to get my order. When asked if we could give our order she told us the two tables that sat after us were first. Need to find a way to keep better track or maybe have more than one person take orders Once we got our pizza the onions were raw and not all the bacon was done.
