Honestly if I could give zero stars I definitely would. Worst experience ever, I get off of a twelve hour shift just craving a famous bowl. So I decide to come to this nearby KFC which used to be my favorite but not anymore. I order a famous bowl meal, 1 singularly biscuit, and a side of gravy, which wasnāt even full, which the women at the window was really nice about it and gave me another cup of it which I paid 2.99 so I deserved the extra cup! A little excessive for instant gravy that you can buy a packet at Walmart and mix with water which makes like 6 times the amount. Well they were out of corn which they did not inform me of. Which is one of the ingredients thatās makes a FAMOUS BOWL A FAMOUS BOWL and if you know then you understand. Then I had to drive through twice to just get one singularly biscuit which they forgot the first time. Well I called to talk to the manager and he was just making excuses to cover his hind end and yeah might have said a cuss word to him but not at him which I am sorry for that by the way but it was all because the situation was annoying. Coming home after a very long shift just for a famous bowl and a biscuit and a side of gravy for my meal to be over 10 dollarsā¦. By the WAY I can go to chick fil a for a meal cheaper than that and there food is a thousand times better. I canāt even enjoy my food now, canāt even finish it because itās just not the same anymore plus they barely put any chicken in but thatās normal anymore with how this place has been ran lately. Anddd for your information you can also buy a cup bigger than my side of gravy that I just received from KFC at Fredās of there FAMOUS cheese sauce and actually any cup of sauce from there for less than a DOLLAR! So I just wanted to let everyone know that this place sucks and it ruined my evening! šš«£
P.S. Iām not normally like this and yes I know it is just food but I was hangry and craving something that I havenāt had in a very long time. Donāt expect big things from this one in New Boston because youāll just be disappointed and go to bed hungry. Well damn...

First, you should consider yourself lucky if you are even able to successfully navigate your vehicle through the parking lot without getting swallowed by one of the mammoth sized pot holes. If you decide to enter the restaurant, you will notice the unkempt dining area with endless stacks of used trays, overflowing trash bins, and dirty tables covered in condiments and straw wrappers. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. While you're standing in line to order, because you will certainly stand in line, take a mental note that you need to stay close to a restroom after you eat. You will thank me later. After you've stood in line #1 for 10~ minutes you, finally, will be asked to order. I know you're wondering why I named this "line #1". I will explain later. Rather than actually ordering what you want, ask the man or woman at the register to surprise you. The staff here is exceedingly incompetent when it comes to giving you a complete order. What you pay for is not what you will get. Ever. So don't even try. The employees at this location must take pride in giving you an erroneous order. Once you receive your incomplete order, you will need to take your receipt and stand in line #2. This line is pretty similar to line #1. You will be waiting behind the same people who ordered in front of you because they, too, have had their order filled incorrectly. My driver arrived to the restaurant about 20 minutes later to be told that the order would be another 45 minutes, so he passed on the order. I then attempted to call the restaurant from the phone number associated with the order. It rang and rang, I called probably 4 times back to back, no answer. Used another phone, they answered on the second ring. I proceeded to ask if they were hatching the eggs (in a calm, comical way) the woman that answered got super rude. Then informed me that they wouldn't be able to do the extra crispy, but could START cooking some regular recipe. When I asked how long that would be, she hung up on me.
