Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in New Boston

The manager and the crew at the Papa John's in New Boston tonight late were amazing. I made a late order to take to someone who was in need of food. I ordered a few minutes before midnight but I was already right by the store so I just walked in and waited. I watched them make and bake at least 10 orders in 10 minutes it was amazing. not only that but they also dealt with the counter problem stemming from The zombies who continually infest DoorDash. At one point they were making the same order for the third time because two different door dash drivers had stolen the pizza the first two times the order was made. I know it's not every DoorDash driver but it does seem to be a problem here. Couldn't possibly be all the out of state Suboxone squatters or nothing like that I know it couldn't possibly be those people so don't get on me. I'm not saying (it is) lol but One listen to their speech and glance at their automobiles sure tells the tale. It's getting ridiculous in Portsmouth and New Boston. Anyway, The crew at Papa John's had the patience of Job with yet the third driver and got their order out quickly again. In addition, they had my pizza and at least six more I counted done boxed and ready to pick up or be delivered in less than 10 minutes. I was really amazed at their good humor dedication and hard work. Every person in that store tonight needs a raise. I guarantee it. While all the pizzas places here continue to improve, Papa John's in New Boston, Ohio continues to rise above just like their dough. The management at the store should be proud of themselves they hired the right people at least for this night crew on this...

There was a lady running the store on 10/13/23 and she was kind hearted and so sweet over the phone. They had accidentally forgotten items in my delivery order + a poorly made pizza. When I told her, she was very very kind and apologetic & even told me she’d make the pizza herself to ensure it was correct. She also credited our account with a free pizza on behalf of their mistake & extra wait time, and re delivered our missing items and pizza. The food was delicious. I really dig their BBq chicken and bacon pizza, and I don't recall ever having a single mistaken order at this location in particular.

If you find yourself wanting a Papa John's Pizza, you can count on the fact that the franchises seldom, if at all, deviate from the Pizza Papa John intended on selling.
