This was an awesome experience. The owner has a great work ethic and attention to detail on all levels of the product being served. The owner told us how he hand selects the ingredients to ensure quality, as opposed to buying in bulk. $8 for a few local fresh tomatoes means 50 cents a slice, but he does what needs to be done to make sure people come back. And believe me, you will!
Every ingredient was super flavorful and it’s no wonder why. The mushroom swiss burger was the best I’ve ever had in my whole 40 years of life.
