Pizza King — Restaurant in New Castle

Food was great, as usual, although they did forget to give me my salad when I got my pizza. Thankfully, I noticed before I made it more than a couple blocks away so I was able to turn around and go back, and when I got back to the window the lady apologized sincerely and made one fresh even so that was pretty cool. However, I didn't notice the 3 ranch I ordered with my breadsticks we're not in with my salad until I got home like I figured it was when I noticed I didn't have the cold stuff with my order but that was just as much my bad as I didn't mention said missing ranch when I got back to the window. In my defense, I assumed someone just forgot to grab the cold part of my order outta the cooler or something when I realized I didn't have anything cold at all so by the time I got back to the store I'd already accepted my assumption as truth (bad habit I have I really need to break, assuming things and never actually confirming the truth of my assumption) so by the time the lady got back to me with and let me know she went ahead and made it fresh instead of one of the prepped ones they make at the beginning of their shifts I'd already put the missing ranch outta my mind. To me, it'd been resolved with the salad. Apparently I just thing everyone is a mind reader or something I guess! Haha! Definitely...

The past 3 times we have ordered from this location, they have told me '15 minutes and it'll be ready' but when i arrive the take my money then ask me to pull back around because its not ready yet. The shortest amount of time i have waited is 30 minutes. Today the manager took my money, closed the window, and went over and started making my order! This was 25 minutes after ordering! I ended up waiting 45 minutes. Then got the pizza home and over an inch of it had no toppings! The only time we get good pizza and service from this location is...

Food is awesome, very cheesy pizza and yummy breadsticks! Heaven on earth! That pie is killer too!

The service is amazing as well. I was so shocked that I asked the guy at the window what his name was, and y’all need to give big hype to Brad Marlow. He had me cracking up in the short time we were talking through the window.

Try those breadsticks, munch on that graham cracker pie, rip up that pizza, and thank Brad for making a good night...
