VentiSei Wine Bar & Pizzeria — Restaurant in New Castle

We came here for dinner, got a bottle of sweet wine that we enjoyed. Got the zucchini flower appetizersthat we liked with the large fresh mint and basil . We both got a gondola, his a meatball and I a lazy lasagna and again loved the fresh mint and basil. I personally like more cheese, but the interesting scissors to cut it I found interesting. Got some cannoli for dessert we shared that it wasn't bad. It's a cute place in a place you would not look for. I dressed up and only needed confy shoes and clothes, had a hard time with the gravel parking lot. I will be back the staff was nice and helped us out after our reservation did...

The only reason I didn't leave 5 stars was the lack of softdrinks. We had our 5 year old granddaughter with us for an early dinner plus one of us had to drive. Aside from that I am very impressed! The staff were great. The owners are amazing and the food wow!! My granddaughter an extremely tiny 5 year old ate 4 slices of pizza and I'm embarrassed to admit it but I ate almost an entire fig and Arugula pizza myself. So Denny, you need to make a bigger pizza because it seems to have a way of disappearing. Oh and the sandwich can't remember the name of it. Starts with a "p" was phenomenal! Love the Viola too. There are great places and there are places that just bring you back, sort of like a gravitational pull. The energy that VentiSei radiates captivates you before you even take the first step from the sidewalk in the heart of New Castle’s east side. Intimate, relaxing, and a feeling of home all together. The flavors just erupt from the pizza pies. The slushees on point. And we even got a taste of some perfectly puffed garlic knots. The only thing better than all that was the staff.
