Pizza Station — Restaurant in New Eagle

We usually like Pizza Station, even though they do have a tendency to forget things, and we order from there pretty often but tonight was just a mess from the get go.

I was actually going to tell the girl on the phone that we would call back another night and now I wish I would have.

I specifically asked if they had WHOLE WINGS or wing dings and she said WHOLE WINGS... so we ordered a dozen. What arrived? Look at the picture... Tiny little WING DINGS.

Then I ordered CHEESE FRIES. I'm always leary about ordering Cheese Fries there because actually getting the side of CHEESE with the fries is, at best, hit-or-miss. I'd say that I get the cheese for the cheese fries about 67% of the time. Not good. Tonight...NO CHEESE! 66% of the time.

The STEAK HOAGIE. Had them many times but tonight for some reason the list of ingredients that came on the hoagie grew considerably. So, of course, I had to say "No I don't want Sausage or Pepperoni or American Cheese or "What Else Did You Say" on my Steak Hoagie.". And, continue to repeat this with every new addition until the phone went dead and I spoke to someone who actually knew what was on the sandwich. I was exhausted. Then the order shows up... NOT Whole Wings...NO Cheese for the Fries and an Extra Meat Steak Hoagie with the meat chopped up so fine that we could barely distinguish it from the black pepper we put on it for a little flavor. We let that one go just so we'd have something to eat remotely close to what we ordered, even though it wouldn't stay on the bun and most of the meat ended up on the floor.

Anyway, at 8:55pm I called ONLY to ask them where my cheese was and why didn't I get the right wings and nobody answered the phone... even though they didn't close until 9pm.

I get it guys. Super busy day. But, it's 10pm and you're probably still there cleaning up.

DON'T BLOW OFF YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Or maybe one day, you just may be sitting around praying for that...

Food is consistently great quality and the family has yet to order anything from Pizza Station that we haven't enjoyed immensely. Our go-to for takeout or delivery in the Mon Valley. Look forward to trying out more on the menu soon! Be sure to visit and see how they made a pizza place out of a former gas station. Pretty cool conversion with some neat touches and visuals.

Worth pointing out that the owners have gone out of their way during the current pandemic to try and safely provide their customers with critical items like TP and Milk when there were shortages everywhere. This above and beyond approach to customer service and the community continually earns them our business as well as many others. They really make the customer feel...

Not happy about the service. I'm sure the employee who helped me really couldnt do anything about it, however I ordered a pizza here for the first time, it was an XL cost $24.61 while waiting for the order I was going over the to go menu and they have a special for TWO XL's for $25+ tax (this was just minutes after the order) I went straight up and asked to take advantage of this or if there was anything he could do to help and he wouldn't didnt even offer anything else at a discount in place. I know it sounds silly but I was definitely put off by this. The spinach and feta was ehhh not my favorite at all, but the crust was good and other reviews claim they like it so faith that different...
