I am a sandwich lover, the sandwich was one of the greatest things ever created and I have consumed tons of sandwiches in my lifetime. The type of place that I go for a great sandwich are local sandwich shops, because I believe the local shops put more love into their sandwiches than the major chains do plus I just love supporting small businesses just like Lake Life Deli & Dogs. I came across Lake Life Deli & Dogs through being a Door Dasher, I have picked up a few orders from them and I thought it always smelled amazing when I picked up my orders. So my wife and I finally decided to check them out and order ourselves some food from them, we order from inside the restaurant. You can also order food from them from all the food delivery services like Door Dash and Grubhub. The first thing I liked about Lake Life Deli & Dogs was the decor of the restaurant they had a nautical theme throughout the whole restaurant. They had a good amount of seating indoors and outdoors as well. I especially liked the two boats that were displayed on the back wall of the dining area really highlighted the nautical theme. So once I was ready to order I asked one of the employees who's name was Ayden what he would recommend, he said that the most popular sandwich on their menu was The Nautilus which is a sandwich with chopped ham, roasted turkey, salami, white American cheese, provolone, lettuce, tomato, onions and Italian dressing on it. The Nautilus was a really flavorful sandwich that has a lot of my favorite types of meat on it. The sandwich was quite filling and was reasonably priced, I would recommend it. I was able to taste all the different types of meats that were on the sandwich they didn't over power each other. My wife order the soup of the day, which was Lobster Bisque. Lobster Bisque is my one of her all-time favorite soups, so she had high hopes for the soup. She said that the soup wasn't bad, but that she wished it was more creamy than thick. She also order a classic Philly Cheesesteak Sub which she said was very tasty. I also noticed that they had board games for their patrons to play while they ate or waited for their food, which I thought was pretty cool. The customer service that they offered was good I especially love the customer service that Ayden gave because of his recommendation and his attitude was top notch. My wife was slightly disappointed with her interaction with one of the employees, she said that they had a standoffish attitude and felt like they didn't care too much. Lastly if you are the type of person who loves a souvenir to commemorate your experience they offer two different long sleeved t-shirts with funny hotdog people on them they were pretty cool looking. With all that said my experience as a whole was a good one and I would recommend Lake Life Deli & Dogs to everyone looking for a great local...

Ordered Saturday October 17, at around 2:30pm via UberEats.

My order arrived ahead of schedule and relatively neatly packaged which isn't always easy with delivery. The two Nemo sandwiches we ordered and upgraded to foot longs were exactly as ordered. Sadly the tuna sandwich we ordered and upgraded to a foot long/12" was not included in the delivery, neither was the second half of The Dip that we also ordered as a foot long. When I called in and spoke to the PLX Deli staff I was immediately directly to a manager to who I explained my situation. She never offered her name, an apology, an excuse, an explanation, a time estimate to pick up the remainder of my order or anything else which could be perceived as decent customer service. The tuna sandwich we recieved was not a "foot long" which we had paid to upgrade to. The other half of The Dip we received was cold and the portion of roast beef was lacking. To top it all off, Summit County has again found itself in a Level 3 Coronavirus risk designation which mandates the proper wearing of facial coverings for all persons in public, including food handlers/workers. The one PLX Deli staff member was wearing his facial covering but the woman, who I took to be the manager that I spoke with on the phone, had her mask dangling from her ear. Last I checked, that is not how masks are meant to be worn. All things considered, about half the food was tasty, so I cannot justify only 1 star, so two stars it is. But the horrid service and noncompliance with state health mandates leaves me skeptical of other health practices at PLX Deli and disappointed in having lost another local...

I was on lunch from 3-4. I ordered through UberEats. The order was excellent quality, despite being a couple of minutes late(has nothing to do with the restaurant) however I called to check on the food, and why it was taking longer than expected for the food to be shipped out.

I wish I caught his name, but the gentleman who answered the phone was extremely nice and helpful.

On to the food: the sandwich was excellent, definitely spicy and a string jalapeño taste. Just the way I like it!

The pickles were excellent, the fried mushrooms were excellent, and the staff carefully build a green salad for my guinea pigs who are enjoying lunch with us today!

Thank you guys, I’m new to Ohio, and I just found a new favorite, definitely going to recommend this establishment, and will absolutely...

First time in today and couldn't be more impressed! I'd heard from my wife about the legendary Nautilus sub and by no means did it disappoint. It'd be real easy to throw a bunch of stuff on bread to make a massive sandwich, but this thing is a work of art. The flavors of the ingredients balance perfectly and everything is wonderfully fresh. Stop in, order the Nautilus and grab some napkins! The staff and owner were all very friendly and personable too, we will most certainly be back

Excited to have a place that takes food allergies seriously. They have a designated fryer for their GF tator tots. The have GF bread and buns for their sandwiches and hot dogs. They are happy to answer any questions and all GF orders for allergies are made in the back. And they also offer Gluten free soups and deserts. Plus everything is delicious and great, friendly service.
