Dunkin' — Restaurant in New Haven

I go there every morning because it is 15 seconds away from my house, but they have been getting my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME, I either get home n have to come back or turn around to get the right order, they repeat my order back to me like they got it but everything is always wrong, there is not one day where they can get my order correct. Today 4/20/24 I went to this DUNKIN on forbes ave and I order the same two coffees every single day medium iced coffee butter pecan with liquid sugar and extra cream, they tasted like dark coffee, had to go back, got home one was good, the other still tasted like dark water, I ordered a chocolate glazed Donut, I got a chocolate frosted Donut, I asked for my bagel to be toasted, nope, just smudged some cream cheese on there. i know they got a new manager because when I first started going there 2 years ago, this never happened, and I actually remember that nice lady manager then, whoever it is now, my bf even spoke to her and she was terrible, no offense but you suck at your job and it's literally the most easiest job in the world. I arrived and waited about two minutes at the intercom’s before saying hello multiple times before I got a response. I ordered two green teas and a donut. When I pulled up to the window I waited over 5 minutes for someone to even come take my payment all I heard was them talking and laughing. After the girl came and took my payment she took another 2-4 minutes to come back with my drink , and as she handed me my drink it burst into my left hand and burned me. My hand is throbbing in excruciating pain and I can’t move it!! She said sorry and I requested a refund, she walked away and someone else came to give me my refund and I requested a manger. I order an iced coffee and a coffee roll. I hand the person working, who has one latex glove on, cash. He hands me my change. He then gets a bag, sticks his latex gloved hand that touched money in the bag. I ask him to grab my coffee roll with the wax paper and not the glove. The manager walks by and asks what's the problem. He said that I want him to grab my coffee roll with the wax paper. The manager said they don't have wax paper that's why he has a glove on.
