Dunkin' — Restaurant in New Haven

I've been going here for over a decade. The service (any slower and they'd be going in reverse) and coffee preparation has dropped off dramatically in the last year or two. I ordered a iced coffee, black with one liquid sugar this morning and when I took a sip a few miles down the road, my unborn grandchildren got diabetes. So I shook it, stirred it and still it was still excruciatingly sweet. I couldn't find any roadkill to chase the taste out of my mouth.

Hope they figure it out soon or machines will be doing their jobs sooner rather than later. It's too bad, this location used to be great, but if it's new management to blame, then DD themselves should step in and right this ship...

Came in on feb 16 and Mobil ordered. My boyfriend’s coffee is usually light and was really dark. The worker barely looked at me. I waited several mins till I asked her to fix me coffee as she was walking away since she wasn’t gonna take me. Looked at me crazy. As I was LEAVING basically out the door wanna talk about some “no thank you”. Dumbas workers who can’t make coffee and can only talk smack when the customer was out the door. I wish I had her name but only thing rememberable about her is her faded blotchy red hair...

I work for CT transit I went in this Dunkin for a sandwich and orange juice around 6am , I first walk in never was greeted the waitress was sitting on the side the man at the cash register looked at me and said they have no breakfast so I left my orange juice and walked out very unsatisfied went to another one on chapel Street much better, manager needs hired people's that want to work and friendlier too , please think twice before...
