McDonald's — Restaurant in New Haven

Never have I been so mad at this place. I go through drive thru and they are out of two things I wanted. So instead of holding up traffic I went inside. I ordered a LG Coke with extra ice and a LG Mocha Frappe. Mind you this is my 99.9% order every time I go there. I waited on my mocha and when it came up it was wrong, so I told the manager that. He asked what I ordered and I told him. He made me repeat myself 4 times. By this time I'm mad, then he asked me if I wanted him to get my coke...i said no but I would like the cup. Which wasn't given to me when I ordered. Mind you I spend alot of money there every week. And there are people that are there that shouldn't work there. One being the manager. He is cocky, and never gets my order right. And when I do get food something is always wrong. I take the blame for not checking it before I get home. And quite a few mornings I have been there at 5am when they are suppose to open. And have had to wait up to 25 minutes for them to do so. Always told someone called off or someone is running late. This store has issues. I worked as an assistant at a mcdonalds for 8 yrs and was good at it. Had issues here and there but nothing like this store does. Genuinely one of the worst McDonald's food wise I've ever visited.

I go there a few times a week for my lunch, and they have probably gotten my simple order, correct once or twice in two months. I'm not one to complain, it is just cheap food afterall, but when the burger is half on bun, most of the onions are on the outside, it feels like it was dipped in grease, and the wrapper barely folded, it's time to complain.

I usually get a mcdouble with extra pickles and onions, but sometimes I'll get one with no onions all, or this past time I got no pickles at all, and a few times they just gave me a double cheeseburger. And a few times there were no pickles or onions whatsoever!

Busy location, and the staff are good, but I've never been so close to asking for a refund as I have been a this particular location.

Edit. I posted this and finished my food, and there was one, ONE, pickle slices between my two burgers... I mean, it still tastes great, but how can you mess...

A rather disappointing experience at this McDonald's.it was frustrating to watc countless people around me waiting for small orders as a ladies behind the counter bickered and argued with each other. There is definitely an environment of poor management and laziness at this location. Needless to say it was rather unpleasantunpleasant to observe the lady prepping the food with long hair unsecured drooping over her face hanging over the food that's being prepared prepared.my guess is that is a health code violation at least I sure hope it is. So to summarize the manager needs to get a better attitude and actually run the place correctly the employees need to quit bickering and actually speed up and do their job and the lady prepping the food needs to put her hair up I quit touching the food with her...
