Ziggy's Family Pizza Restaurant — Restaurant in New Haven

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! My gf and I ordered a pizza and buffalo wings through their online system. The buffalo wings pre selected “plain”. Not knowing this we ordered as is and got just wings not buffalowings no sauce on them and they were so dry we literally couldn’t eat them. Bc they were closed by the time we realized this we called but no one answered. So we called the next day stating the error and not edible order and kindly asked them to make us a new order and we would bring back the order they gave us. The guy on the phone said no. I said “we order there often can we speak to owner, he would recognize me” he asked for my phone number and said “the owner isn’t here, and you only ordered here 6 times!. When we reiterated the online error and that buffalo wings means buffalo sauce he said “well NORMAL PEOPLE KNOW TO SELECT THE TYPE OF BUFFALO SAUCE” Normal people?! So now you’re insulting us, refusing to correct the order which regardless to the sauce was dry hard and not edible, and when we asked for his name he REFUSED!!! Just wanted to warn anyone who considers ordering here, DONT! and if I’m the owner I’m certainly going to discipline the employee who insults his customers and doesn’t give him the chance to rectify the situation when asked to...

Drove over 20 mins to get pizza at Ziggys. Wow talk about not worth the trip. Man this place has gone down in quality and the (im guessing she is the owner) has a bit of an attitude. Her im guessing kids (older teens) walking around the dining area swearing/arguing in front of customers. Pizza is definetly not as good as it used to be. Very thin now, doesnt hold toppings well,sauce no flavor. They dont have the bare minimum of stuff like black pepper, and only stuff they had to put on your pizza was pepper flakes and a lil parmasean cheese.. In a nutshell we will not come back to this place, and suggust you dont either, and definetly dont bring kids in there with the swearing going on... I called to let the owner know he charged my card the wrong price and he told me to stop wasting his time. I found that to be very rude being it was my first time EVER eating from there. The owner does not know how to talk to people and needs to be put out of business especially if your stealing peoples money and then being rude about it. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
