I first heard about this place through my local paper and was immediately intrigued. They had vintage arcade machines, '80s nostalgia covering the walls, and most importantly, sourdough crust pizza. With over 25 pizzerias within a 15-minute drive from me, the combination of sourdough and retro charm gave this spot a unique appeal I couldn’t ignore. I gathered five friends for dinner, and we ordered a small white pizza, a large pepperoni, and a large margherita, all made with sourdough crust. Let me just say: the crust is phenomenal. It has just the right amount of crunch and flavor. All the pizzas were delicious, but there’s still a little room for improvement. We felt the sauce was a bit light, and the margherita could have used more mozzarella to really shine. I’ve got nearly 20 years of coin-op experience, and unfortunately, the arcade side of things was the biggest letdown for me. Most of the retro cabinets were running LCD monitors. That might be fine for some folks, but I noticed input lag and fuzzy sprites. It just doesn’t capture the true arcade experience. On top of that, four machines were out of order during our visit, including Cruis’n USA, which was disappointing. They did have two pinball machines, one of which was Addams Family, a classic and the most-produced pinball table of all time. It was level and in solid condition. I was having a great run until the machine randomly reset, which I’d guess was due to a power supply issue. All things considered, this is still a great place to grab a quality pizza and enjoy a nostalgic atmosphere while you wait. Since they only opened earlier this year, some hiccups are to be expected. With a bit of maintenance and polish, this could easily become one of the standout spots in the area.

I really wanted this to be delicious. We got there and it was an hour wait for our pizza. We played some games but the machines mostly just ate our quarters and didn't work so headed home to wait. Finally got the text food was ready after an hour and ten minutes. Went to get it right away (not a far drive) pizza was cold and a bit well done on the bottom and the salad was just some ends of Romain with cheese thrown on top. I was expecting some actual lettuce and croutons as well. Very disappointing EDIT TO ADD: per the response below i should have let them make it right before leaving a review. However, when i picked up my food the restaurant was closing due to running out of dough. I took my food to go and the restaurant is not taking phone calls so, I was not going to drive back for a third time when my pizza couldn't be remade anyway due to having no more dough. That is burnt not well done. All we could taste is burnt dough. I assumed they were also running out of salad and we just got the scraps. Unfortunately nothing could have been fixed at the time I got my food.

We heard about this place opening up a couple of weeks ago, so we decided to try it out for my brother's birthday. We checked out the arcade while we waited for our food to be done, and I would say that they had a good variety of arcade machines. They had classic stuff like Pac-man, Galaga, Sonic, Big Buck Hunter, and then some claw machines + a few other games. In total, about 10-15 stations. Lots of fun. Also, it wasn't too packed that Sunday. I can't be sure if that day was an outlier, though. As far as notes on the interior, they have the inside themed in a 90's style, which is a nice touch, and it was very clean, too. The arcade room is separate from the eating space. I thought the pizza was really good, but I might just really like to eat pizza. I guess you'll have to give it a try to find out for yourself šŸ˜‰

Sourdough pizza was really good. Better than other local places.

Menu is small, but that is perfect to keep the quality high.

Got a large cheese and a large pepperoni sourdough pizza. Dough was excellent. Sauce was good without being sweet (don’t like sweet personally). Cheese was of good quality as was the pepperoni. Portions were as expected for a large pizza.

They need to get the order ahead (call or online) asap. Waiting 40 mins jn store was the only less than awesome part of the experience.

You can play in the arcade while you wait if it wasn’t as busy

Fun new addition to the area.

Hope for success and longevity.

UPDATE Tried two new pizzas this past weekend. Sourdough Margherita and sourdough with sausage and pepperoni. Excellent pizza. The sausage and pepperoni are exceptional. Tangy with a little spice. The Margherita was a nice surprise as I don’t usually like a sauce forward pizza, but the ingredients were high quality and really worked together. I didn’t realize that online ordering was open so went in and ordered. It was over an hour wait, but I got to use the arcade this time. Great classic games like Pac-Man and pinball.

Recommend either ordering ahead online or taking a pocketful of quarters and relaxing...

You won’t find a better pizza place in 50 miles.

The pizza is delicious. Crisp crust, perfect sauce and generous toppings. They have regular dough but I got the sourdough and was glad for it, what a perfect twist on the classic pizza.

Not to mention the pizza does NOT look like it’s made in a pan (like most other places locally) but actual Italian/New York/I’m no expert but I know I prefer this crust to pan pizza.

I must also mention the atmosphere. This is a place you want to eat at. The walls are decorated with classic movie posters with a TV playing the greatest Nickelodeon shows from when Nickelodeon was a thing.

The arcade is filled with the best classics including Galaga (two different ways), Street Fighter II (the best Street fighter, and I’ll street fight anyone over that), Buck Hunter, and loads more.

They have online ordering but this is a place you want to go in, order, and hang out at while you wait.

Kid’sll love the games and so will the parents as it’s the biggest nostalgia blast you can experience live.

All that said it’s be nothing if the food wasn’t top tier which is it. This is my new primary...
