Subway — Restaurant in New Lexington

So it's pretty common to walk in to this place at around 730-8 in the evening for them to tell you they've already put half of the supplies they need to make the subs away for the day; so I don't understand why you'd be open to a certain time of you're putting half of the supplies you need to do your job an hour early; i mean I guess I'd rather have the employee lie to me and say they're "OUT" of meatballs than just to say, well, we don't feel like making any more of those subs today so we made them unavailable...

Ordered 2 foot long subs both were ice cold after they were toasted. The bread was still soft and the fillings were disappointingly cold. It was as if they had been taken straight out of the refrigerator and placed into the sandwich. The cheese hadn't even melted, and the meat was lacking any warmth. It was a major letdown, especially considering the anticipation of a hot and delicious sub. The only solution was to ask for a refund or a replacement, as there was no way to salvage...

The people working here were enthusiastic and represented Subway well. The food was its usual, reliably good, but not exciting stuff. The atmosphere was...
