I purchased 2 coffees 1,Frappuccino snd 1 ices coffee..I was told to purchase my items on the kiosk because it was easier for the workers, which I did. I was waiting for a while I went up to the front desk and lean over and no one was making my drinks.i asked why Noone was making them and the gentleman told me that they were behind because staff. I said ok well I wish someone would've told me.""""" Otherwise, I wouldn't have got them. Then I told them that they had 2employees just standing there and them one manager a female,long hair,girl that wears eye glasses, she started to hight toned me saying that she's calling other people to cone in and help .but she shouldn't have been yelling at the customers like that, and if her job it's to intense for her, then she shouldn't be a Manger. The other manager, the guy that was there he was awesome and talking normal to me.. as a worker should. I had asked for her name and she yelled at her own employees telling don't tell her my name which I stated to her that I was going to call corporate because of the way she acted not just towards me also towards her fellow...
Read moreI just pulled up to the drive-thru at 11:02 pm. The lights on the drive -thru menus were still on, so you would assume they are open still. After sitting for atleast 2 minutes in the fat drive-thru lane and no one answering, I moved over to the other lane, thinking maybe only one operates at night. After no one answered while I sat there, I pulled around by the drive thru windows to see a mini van there. So I went to the doors to go in and order food. The doors were locked, even though I had just seen a guy go through them. Meanwhile,a blonde girl stood at a cash register and stared at me. Seriously?! I wasted 10 minutes, trying to get food and none of the employees were courteous enough to let me know that they were closed. Turning off your menu's if you aren't open for business would be a start. But someone could've told me over the speaker while I sat there for several minutes, that they were closed instead of me having to drive around the building and get out if my car to a licked for in order to find out. And you people think you deserve to make $15 an hour?...
Read moreI have gone inside and I go through the drive thru. The one time I came in the general manager snapped at the teenage employees about them getting drinks for the orders. And I watched one of the kids defend himself as he should have. He was on McCafe. Coming from someone who worked at McDonald's off and on for 13 years. Direct your staff and you wouldn't have an issue. Let your crew do the work and you manage. You are after all the general manager. Moving on, I came in to get a coffee. But the kiosk make it horrible to order a coffee special. So I go to leave with it. Had to go through the drive thru to get it fixed. And the employee that fixed it was the one who made. And instead of just trying again. He came and asked me how I wanted it made. Truly amazing. I thanked him bunches and we were off. My food has almost always been delicious. My only complaint was with the g.m. Give direction instead of getting snappy...
