New London Pizza House — Restaurant in New London Township

The women running this place had no idea how to run a business not even her manager if that's what she is, in my opinion when you hire family its just a title to control employees so my problem is i like to come and spend my money in local businesses but it's hard to do in new london at new london pizza house because I like my pizza like it used to be when the original owners owned it lots of sauce great cheese top notch items but the new female owner thinks she needs to charge me 75cents for extra sauce on my pizza that I ordered not knowing she was going to charge me 75 cents for sauce! There pizza is to dry not enough sauce pizza over cooked im done trying to buy products in new london i would rather buy were i get the best products for my money and it's not new london and new london pizza house they have went straight to hell with there food beer on tap socks taste like ass bottle beer taste like skunk beer this women needs to learn that sometimes customers are right about them she is so arrogant she just can't see she is wrong me and my wife try to eat there twice a week we spend at least 100.00 - 120.00 a week so I guess she was willing to give that up 400.00-500.00 a month for a total 3.00 dollars for extra sauce which i feel it should have been on the pizza anyhow ,they are trying to cut back on sauce i quess to save money and then charge you if you want extra ! Called at 6:20 said 1 hour for a large cheese pizza.

Never been here as we are traveling out of town to camp nearby.

When I got inside they said they didn’t have my order. Never heard of my name or number.

They eventually found my “blank” order and I said I couldnt wait as we were loosing sunlight for set up our tent. The employee went to get manager who was smoking a cigarette.

After an hour I decided to call back to order again - extremely hungry at this point.

They didn’t say sorry or give me a discount for the trouble. They said it’s made this time.

As we ate the pizza and overrated sun sauce that was recommended we threw away half the pizza Bc NO ONE CHANGED THEIR GLOVES while watching through the windows.

I have tried and tried giving this place chances. I have ordered my last pizza there. Was told 45 mins to an hour for delivery . Took 2 hours . Called and checked on order , said couldn't find my order , then found it , said it was on the way. Then they called me twice and asked about address for delivery, gave different address to me. Told them no not my address. Then called and said pizza was on the way. Pizza gets here and it's cold.
