Stopped in on a whim after getting lunch at a nearby diner. Glad I did. I ordered the Asian Pear tea and a blueberry muffin to go with it.
You could call it "dessert" if you wanted to.
Really, what separates one coffee shop from another is the service and variety. I don't believe your average person can tell much of a difference from one coffee to the next, but you can definitely identify good, great, and bad service.

Read moreWhat a WONDERFUL find on Main street in the sleepy town of New London. It resides in a building that was on the street in the 1880s when my grandfather would have frequented whatever mercantile was established here. Great breakfast sandwiches and baked goods, and about the only wifi I could find in the entire town. (This place was a godsend for that!) Highly recommend a stop and if the weather is right take your favorite beverage outside and watch the world of New...

The room was bright and open, with tables generously spaced, and a pleasant view of Main Street historic town of...
