Taster's Restaurant — Restaurant in New Madrid

They're not perfect but they're one of the only restaurants that are open past 9 o'clock in the town I live in. You get 5 times the ingredients that you get on a Pizza Hut pizza here in town. We have the smallest Pizza Hut that I have ever seen. Many years ago I saw it coming on the back of a semi truck trailer. You can still see the eyebolts in the top of the building where late lifted it off with a Crane and set it down. It is a drive through only Pizza Hut! We also have a Casey's and a Mexican restaurant and another pizza place and a Subway. Also a Country Club and Eagles club and an American Legion that you have to be a member of but they will let you order food if you are not and come and pick it up and leave. Very few restaurants in my town anyway. Taster's open to midnight on Fridays...

Our service was not good. We are not from this area so we chose to dine in. I guess it’s all children running places nowadays? There wasn’t a single person in a leadership role in sight. Our server didn’t understand what an appetizer was and that it’s supposed to come out before your meal. We didn’t get everything ordered. The food was very bland. The ice cream I got my kid (vanilla with chocolate syrup mixed in) tasted like there was acid in it. It had a burning tingle sensation on the tongue. We had to ask for our pizza multiple times that we ordered to take home. Probably will not go back again and will not recommend to anyone...

Waited 30 minutes for them bring our food to table, we were the only ones in here. My blt was very cold hard bacon did not eat, 1 cheeseburger was cold taste like had been sitting for bit couldn't not eat. Only food that was hot was my child's mini cheese pizza and it was beyond greasy, hard taste like rubber. Food not worth trying to eat! If you want hot food and reasonable time to get food absolutely do not go here to eat! Highly Do Not recommend will...
