Edit I was able to go into the bakery again and actually try more. I’m still quite confused on where all the products are made. It does not look as if they are all made there which I hope they are not made at home because for a professional business such as this I feel more comfortable seeing the cleanliness of the location. Products are too bad but hopefully eventually more products because more homemade. I was really excited for this addition to the community however for a place that is open until 8pm there wasn’t many options left before noon. The clam shells obstruct from the view of the product and are rather bad for the environment. Rather packaging orders based on how many the customer would like would cut down on waste a little. I wish more items were actually made in shop. It is possible to make everything in shop and I wish I had asked if the ice cream was made in shop or not. Overall welcome to...

We used their services for our daughter's wedding in Defiance. I ordered four 1/4 sheet cakes and one 6" round. Elizabeth is so talented in baking and decorating the cakes. She made all the flavors I asked for and they all were so moist, delicious, fresh and flavorful! The buttercream frosting is most delicious! The vanilla almond cake with dark cherry filling could be called cherry pie cake! Vanilla with strawberry filling went fast, and chocolate cake with raspberry was so fantastic, chocolate with cookies and cream was our daughter's favorite and chocolate with espresso butter cream was so very rich and decadent. All cakes were moist and exceptional in flavor and decoration!

Also their coffee cake is outstanding! Breakfast sandwiches and breakfast casserole are very good as well. We live an hour away in Illinois and will drive to enjoy this bakery, they are that good!

Above and beyond! I contacted someone from this bakery through messenger. I was trying to pull off a surprise donut delivery for my husband and his work crew. She always messaged me right back and was fully on board with my idea. I also asked her if she sold balloons, but she did not.....however, she offered to go pick up a few balloons for me to go with the donut delivery. Like seriously, what an AMAZING gesture. We live pretty far away from this bakery, but he works nearby, which is why I originally decided to look further into their business. Their reviews were awesome, so I decided to give them a try. I am so impressed with the level of customer service and how she went ABOVE AND BEYOND for this order. It is almost impossible to find great service like this anymore. Also, my husband and his crew said the donuts were DELICIOUS and everyone was asking where they were from. THANK YOU...
