Subway — Restaurant in New Mexico

This Subway didn't used to be bad, I used to have pretty good luck here. But it seems that they maybe have new management as well as new staff... And it's terrible. No one seems to care about customer service or quality. All of the vegetables were frozen, which I kindly pointed out. They switched some of them out and ignored the others. Ordered a 6" rotisserie chicken and was told it was discontinued. Decided to order an Italian bmt and requested it be toasted. They pretty much burnt it by leaving it in the oven past its alarm set.
