Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in New Orleans

I'm only giving this place two stars because of the people who are in charge. If it wasn't for them I would DEFIANTLY give one star. Horrible delivery driver experience! I've ordered from this location many times before and most of the time, the acutual general manager came out and had excellent customer service. But, getting pizza when he's not there is horrible. The driver claimed to be outside and we called her back multiple times and she did not answer. When we called the store she answered and had a bad attitude. She was very rude and unprofessional. When we called the store back to get her name she kept picking the phone up and hanging up. It's crazy because the actual franchise owners and general managers are the most professional people you will meet. But, having someone like her there runs this place...

The manager micheal is very rude and should not responsible for orders or crew members! My order was incorrect when going all the way back to the store to get it fixed BECAUSE my two pizzas were burnt and not hand tossed! Get the remade pizzas and it’s still the same ONLY difference is the pizza slices were cut so small and THIN my little Maltese could eat it and want more ! This was not a full medium pizza lol I just kept it to not get in trouble but I will NEVER order here again as I’ve been ordering for 6 years plus since living in this Area! Very displeased and to top it off my son waited 25 mins for the new pizza ! I wish I could upload the pictures . Zero stars ! This store always has...

I do NOT go to Dominos! I'm on a permanent boycott! A few years ago, in NC, I tried to order the 9 topping pizza with pepperoni, bell peppers and all the rest onions. (I LOVE onions on pizza!). They refused to do it saying that you are only allowed 2 servings of an item on the 9 item pizza but that was not stated ANYWHERE!! Even the manager refused. Since they are already so skimpy with their ingredients, I was very disappointed. I could understand if it was a meat I was asking for but ONIONS?? Pizza Hut was very accommodating and I've never eaten a Dominos product since! Not sure where I was that Google thought I was at one but it will do that sometimes if I'm in a shopping strip...
