They wouldn't deliver to me last night because they said I wasn't in there delivery area and I got into a huge argument with Josh the manager saying he doesn't know why it says they deliver here and I'm a half a mile away then the next day with is today I order again the same thing and they delivered to me and the delivery driver said she was going to get written up by the manager Josh because she did her job and delivered to me last night around the same time they said they delivered here to 7700 chef mentour hwy and I was putting my card info in and the call cut out on me then when I called the store and asked for the manager he said his name was drew josh and Jonathan and I told him what happened and he wouldn't deliver to me no matter how polite I was being and how rude he was on the phone he was yelling saying I have the wrong number but today I got my pizza from the Domino's on chef mentour hwy so I'm going to have to speak to the supervisor because the delivery driver shouldn't get in trouble for doing her job she literally said she's going to get written up for bringing me the pizza a half mile down the road but drew josh Jonathan needs to be the one written up because he lied to a costumer curated at me on the phone and hung up on me multiple times and I also spoke with the calling costumer service people then send you to first and they all said they deliver here so when I call corporate for this I hope and pray the delivery driver doesn't get demoted or written up for delivering my pizza I gave her a good tip and what was also weird is the manager was on speaker in her car listening to everything we talked about so I think Josh should get written up not the driver he's very inappropriate and has no people manners and lying about where he delivers at should get him in trouble enough but to blame the driver for delivering the pizza to me and writing her up that's just wrong and uncalled for I will let you know what corporate has to say about this sense it is a recorded line but I appreciate the driver for going out of her way to deliver the pizza to my location when obviously the manager told her to deliver here or she wouldn't have came josh needs to be thought a lesson about his job and the authority he has by blaming other people it's sad really I will keep this posted after I speak to the supervisor obove him he needs more...
Read moreTrash usually my experience with them is cool but last Thursday 2-17-22 I ordered online 2 cheese pizzas. Be mindful I haven’t eaten meat in 10 almost 11 years well now I did because of them and my son as well has never ate meat before until now it’s against our spiritual guidelines and I was highly upset that I had to ask for forgiveness for eating a pizza. I called the delivery driver and asked her to bring it back which she did. I called the store and let the manager know or whoever impersonated the manager and he made it seem as if I was lying because how he was saying his questions and statements. Then he said well if you sent it back we gone send you the right order which I did and If you check my account orders all I have ever ordered was cheese pizzas.The person who cooks the pizza or the manager or probably both put cheese on top the pepperoni pizza. We had a pan pizza so we didn’t even check the replacement pizza.When we decided to eat yo the other pizza it was dark we were watching movies so I didn’t check. I honestly trusted the store which is why I didn’t check but as we were eating i noticed something strange about the taste after the second slice and that’s when we noticed the pepperoni under a thick layer of cheese. I’m not ever ordering from this store again because y’all bluntly said FORGET HIM like really put in effort to not do your job like how hard it is to make a cheese pizza how hard is it to read parmesan Asiago don’t they have some type of literacy test or something for the workers…. I don’t know but I’m not shopping at this site no more and I hope whoever made that pizza...

Saturday around 9pm I placed a pre paid order via their app. When the app indicated it was ready I went up the street (3 minutes) and pressed the 'I'm here' button on the app, whereupon I was supposed to go right in and get my pizza... supposedly.
Their door was locked, and instead of coming right up to open it, they remained behind the counter waving me around, to that line of cars waiting at the order window, I imagine.
Even more aggravating, the app kept telling me to go right in. Why, I wondered, would they be waving me off when the app kept telling me to go in? If the lobby was closed after a certain time, wouldn't it say that?
Would've taken all of a minute to get me my pizza, but no. So I left.
I Called them on the phone and spoke to someone who at first tried to tell me I couldn't cancel and get a refund.
But after I started asking for a corporate number she put someone on who didn't try to con me, and processed my refund.
Explains all the negative reviews here I think.
PREVIOUS REVIEW: I ordered an Extravaganza pizza online. Tracker showed that it wasn't even placed in the oven until 24 minutes after. Tried calling twice to cancel the order, held on for five minutes both times, and no one picked up the call.
Then when you go to the drive up, to get your PREPAID order you find a sign on the window telling you to go to a window on the other side, where you have to WAIT behind people placing and paying...
