Lucky Jean Seafood — Restaurant in New Orleans

EWW YUCK !!! Absolutely horrible. The service is awesome but what they are serving is absolutely of horrible quality. I had the Lomein, shrimp fried rice, and lemon pepper chicken. My daughter had the General Tso’s chicken. Let me tell ya they fry the chicken before putting the lemon pepper seasoning on it( SALTY AF) then the Shrimp fried rice has the taste and smell of dirty dish water(Nastiest rice) I have brushed my teeth twice and still cannot get the taste out of my mouth. The Lomein was dry as a carpet with no type of tast at all, the General Tso’s chicken had so much of sauce that all we tasted was sauce no flavor at all just nasty. I’m just saying if you want to waste so much as a dollar eating here and not being able to finish, by all means please do but you have been warned this food...

Wanted a good shrimp and oyster po-boy but my favorite place was closed, so I decided to give Lucky Jeans a try on my way back from Gretna, approaching the parking lot there were not to many parked vehicles...on a Friday evening...not a good sign, but by the time I parked, the spots began filling up quickly. The server was great! He wanted to be sure everything was exactly what we ordered and to our liking. I would've given "Lucky Jean Seafood", a 5 but in the "grill porkchop" was sent out cold and it tasted burned! However, the minute that the porkchop situation was brought to the server's attention a freshly hot grilled porkchop was rushed out! Thks to the chef for coming through and making the order correct!
