Beef 'O' Brady's-New Smyrna Beach — Restaurant in New Smyrna Beach

I don't post bad reviews, I feel like every establishment can have a bad day or you can have a bad visit. Now saying that, I'm currently writing this review while sitting at Beef 'O' Brady's. I'm only continuing to sit here because my family is trying to finish their meal. This place is an absolute joke. Today is St Patty's Day March 17th so we decided to come out for a corned beef and cabbage. I received shoe leather topped was something that appeared to be cabbage at one time in it's life. My waitress honestly doesn't know her head from a rear end. I can understand being busy due to the nature of the holiday but somewhere along the way either the establishment, management, or the waitress herself fell short. The food was completely unedible I gave my meal back. Things we ordered we didn't receive, things we didn't order were giving to us and then promptly taking away because they realize it was someone else's order and yet they still serve those meals that we're originally on our table back to the original person who ordered it. Every time we go here they never cook our food right.its always mooing.The food looks nothing like its shown.grilled shrimp isn't grilled.and they are tiny.ever since the menu change.they have gone down hill.My husband got the steak asked for it medium rare it was bleeding raw.my burger yes burger I asked for well done it was bleeding raw.First it was my burger to go back waited along time then my husband went to eat a bite of his steak and it was raw.so now if he sent his back we would be eating not together as we already were so I told them we didn't want the meals.everything was screwed up.the manager comes over with my burger in a to go container said I could keep it no charge for my plate which was 969 something like that.I said what about his steak.that was a quick fix she said should of told someone ahhh I did my waitress which in turn got you.she made us pay for something he didn't even eat.sad 15 dollars wasted left there unhappy and hungry had to go eat at a fast food place.never will I go back to beef o Brady's period.poor management and bad...

I am a local and eat here often. I use their app to order my food. I ordered their steak n shrimp. The steak was supposed to be medium, and it was not. I ordered the food and didn't eat it until later that night at work around midnight. The restaurant was closed already, so I called the following day and spoke to Jeff, manager. He took my info and stated he would get back to me (July 25). By the 28th, I didn't hear from him, so I called and left a message. Today, I had to call again. Apparently, they had a "closed door meeting" about my order, and cause I didn't call that same night, there is nothing they can do. It's ridiculous because I don't go out too often to treat myself, and I lost out on a meal and the $20 it cost. My dogs loved the steak. I did take a picture of the alleged medium cooked steak. I just can't believe the response. Jeff didn't even care. I took a picture. The answer was still a no.
