Pizza Hut — Restaurant in New Smyrna Beach

This review is based stricly on delivery, My BF and I go in to eat alot and really like it BUT as I said this is about the delivery...I work at a locotion that has many travelers and children and pets, they like to order out... Needless to say delivery drivers need to be careful and considerate drivers especially in a place like this. Tonight a horrible little teen looking delivery driver came in as I was making my rounds and was driving like he was being chased by a rabid dog! NOW we have signs posted in 2 spots before you get into the park to far that our MPH is 5...this guy was doing 40+ he came in went to the back of the park so FAST, so I waited for him to re emerge. He did emerge going just as fast, I yelled 3 or more times HEYYYYY HEYYYYY finally he did a u turn / dounut between campers and came to a stop at my feet. I started of by saying ,"dont you ever drive through this park like ( that i was going say)----and that is all I got out of my mouth before he rolled his hateful little teen eyes, rolled up his window and flew out of here like crazy again. On his second attemt (yes he tried to come in AGAIN) I was waiting and ready to turn him around at the drive and thank god I did because at that same time a nice little young man about 10 years old or so was walking around the corner to the restroom near the location he was trying to speedily get to...my heart skips a beat when I think what if that fool boy really hurt someone! He would never had seen that kid or been able to stop in time if he did see him. Thank god no one got ran over! Here is the bottom line folks. If you order delivery, put away your kids, pets and old folks that cant jump out of the way real fast. PH....Vet your drivers better before someone gets killed! you want the community to hate you? If so this is the way to do it...

Takeout pasta is always good. We always order the garlic sticks with cheese for $1.50 more. They are totally worth it. This time around I feel the ingredients and cheese are less on the pasta. The length of the garlic sticks seems shorter (not 100% as I last ordered 2 months ago). Overall it’s a really good treat to enjoy that on the beach.

** buffet is good price. However they are very slow in replenishing the buffet table. If you are in a rush it might not work for you. It’s $4.99 if you order a drink. Add $1 if you only want water. Very fair. My husband doesn’t eat white sauce. We asked for the meat sauce pasta. They have the Alfredo pasta out and they won’t bring out the meat sauce pasta until Alfredo pasta is finished. He just has to wait and watch us eat. Not very nice.

**last time we ordered a take out. It was a long wait then they messed up our order and won’t give a refund. They just offered a 1 litre drink and breadstick. They did offer a voucher but it’s our last day in New Smyrna Beach. What good is it.

**this time it took 15 minutes to complete a phone order. The staff on the phone definitely needs more training. Very frustrating.

Regardless, the food is tasty. We will return. Just that there’s always a new form of frustration that we have to...

We had the pleasure of being served by Toni at Pizza Hut, and let me tell you, she made our dining experience exceptional! From the moment we walked in, Toni greeted us with a warm smile and attentive service. She was on top of everything—our drinks were always full, and she made sure our food came out piping hot and fresh. We ordered a delicious pizza with all the toppings and some cinnamon sticks on the side, and everything was absolutely perfect.

Toni went above and beyond, checking in just enough to ensure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her customers. She even offered some great suggestions for toppings, which we loved! This was easily one of the best Pizza Hut experiences we’ve had in a long time, thanks to Toni’s friendly and professional attitude. Highly recommend asking for her if you want top-notch service.
