Hardee’s — Restaurant in New Ulm

I went to new Ulm MN Hardee's and when I got to the drive through I said hello due to the fact I had no clue when they opened. I haven't been there in years due to the employees getting my food wrong so I decided to go get breakfast, well that turned into me being called names and kicked out and refused to be served. He was threatening to calling the cops after he said very nasty things about me. He also said he was the regional manager. I know from experience you don't call customers names and refuse service because of a person saying hello. I had a friend in the car with me whom also seen all this. I may get a hold of corporate. This is not costumer friendly. The guy scared me with him yelling obscenities and insults my intelligence while he was hanging out the door at me and also through the speakers so I yelled back after a few minutes trying to explain why I said hello and it wasn't mean. Being refused food and being verbally assaulted. Also I said hello because they had no hours on there building. I wasn't being rude just wanted toale sure they were open. I have never been treated so bad at a fast food place. To all whom read this go to McDonald's or BK or anything else than Hardee's unless you want to be verbal abused. Nothing about this place...

The manager was a complete jerk after I waited five minutes in drive through to order. They weren’t selling anything but burgers but didn’t have any signage. Instead, I ordered and then they said they didn’t have chicken strips. I ordered a chicken sandwich and he said no chicken. I asked about a hot ham and cheese and then he said no, only burgers. So I commented back they should have signs because I wasted their time ordering and he told me then maybe I should get him some employees. Seriously? Perhaps you have no employees because you are rude and people don’t want to work for people who mouth off to customers.

The person didn’t greet me at the window and gave me good fries and a burnt patty that was cold. The food clearly sat for awhile and I am now hoping I don’t have food poisoning. While waiting, the manager was complaining in the back about only having three employees. Having worked in fast food for many years, you can serve two customers using three employees if you have one cook, one order taker and a floater to drop fries and make shakes/drinks. Shame on the owners for this poor representative of an otherwise...

Went inside last night 2-14-25 around 7pm to order my food to go. There was nobody in line. There were 3 people working in the back. I ordered 2 burgers and fries. I waited for over 30 minutes before I got my food. The one guy wasn’t even dressed in his uniform and was wearing a gray long john shirt. He had to make some more bacon. Upon taking the bacon out of the oven, he used his fingers to transfer it to the stainless container. Every piece he grabbed he licked his fingers first. I made a complaint, he didn’t care and thought it would be ok just to give me extra fries. So he dumps the fries right from the grease into paper bags, didn’t even drain them off. He puts all this in one bag. All my other food became grease logged, the fries were soggy and disgusting. The cheeseburger bun was stale and and the meat hard and cold. I threw all the food away. What a waste of time and money. This is the biggest let down of a Hardee’s restaurant I’ve ever went through. I told some customers that walked in behind me what I had seen, and they walked out. ...
