Lone Star Barbeque — Restaurant in New Windsor

Rob and his team catered my daughters wedding for 150 people. We had the brisket, pulled pork, smoked turkey, green beans, smoked potatoes, mac/cheese, cornbread, and salad. Everything was prepared to perfection and everyone raved about how good the food was. Even the guests at the last table said the food was hot and plentiful when they had their chance to get in line. Basically plenty of food for everyone so no one was disappointed. Anyone who has been to a wedding knows that the food is one of the main ingredients that can make or break the wedding. The wedding venue was a large barn venue with multiple serving locations that the Lone Star team manned and were very attenuative to the guests needs. Rob and his crew catered mine and my husband's vow renewal on October 8th. Everything was amazing!. From the moment we met Rob, we knew we wanted him as our caterer. On taste of his food and there was no way we wanted anyone else! Rob went above and beyond for our special day, even accommodating a last minute change in food quantity and variety from me. Best bbq in the world!!!!! Their ribs are always on point. My favorite is the pulled chicken sandwich with cheese. The chicken is so moist and tender that it practically melted in my mouth. The service is outstanding, Rob always had a smile on his face and goes over and beyond for all of his customers. If you like bbq they have mission bbq beat by far in my books. Well worth the drive....
