I personally enjoy the food here, most of the workers are friendly and helpful. My food of choice is ussually a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel and they ussually don't disappoint. It's better than your average
However, this is where their weakness lies. They can be very insensitive towards people with food allergies. My girlfriend who was pregnant has celiac disease can't eat gluten products. So she goes out of her way to purchase gluten free bread at the supermarket and requests to have the deli or bagel shop put their food on it and we pay for the product they serve us. We already paid for the bagel at the supermarket but this bagel shop charges us for the bagel even though we provided it due to food allergy. The manager here was very nasty when asked why do this. She went on about how it's just the way it is here if you don't like it don't come.
So now we refrain from eating here...

The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Grace is a wonderful person. She has such a bright personality and always makes the customers feel acknowledged and valued. I always get lunch on the way back from the beach and look forward to her recommendations. Today I realized I had a flat tire while crossing the bridge. I appreciate the above and beyond...
