Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

Im Editing my original review from several years ago. I don't know whats going on but my quality of food is horrible. 6 weeks ago i ordered 2 egg bacon and cheddar on sour bread. Of course it wasn't until i had gotten home that both sandwiches the eggs were still frozen in the center. Unfortunately both sandwiches went in the garbage $16.00 and change wasted. When i went back about a week later i mentioned it to someone I was told was management. I did not get offered a refund or new food. I guess my $16.00 sandwiches weren't worth anything to them. All she asked was who made sandwiches and apologized. Then again today I ordered 2 Avocado Toast and was served them with Avocado all over the outside of the boxes which in turn ended up all over my sleeve and car. I also added another Avocado Toast with sun dried tomatoes which I was charged for and they never put the tomatoes on it. While i was in the Drive Thru the kids working had Hip Hop music blaring like a club so they probably never heard to add sun dried tomatoes to the order. When i got home and realized my order was not correct I tried to call 5 times with no answer. They probably couldn't hear the phone above the volume of the music. I was upset that i was handed a box covered and was thankful i was not dressed in work clothes. This Dunkin has gone down hill with a bunch of uncaring young people including management. Arrived at DD at 4:48pm on a Sunday, not knowing it closed at 5pm. Pulled up to the drive thru speaker and began to order a hot sandwich. I was then told the ovens had already been turned off for the day and they couldn’t make me one. I then proceeded to order a few donuts. Nope, couldn’t have those either, I was told they had already been thrown out for the day. I said so technically you closed early. The woman proceeded to argue with me that they were closing in 5 minutes. I corrected her and said you actually close in 12 minutes it’s only 4:48. I then stated to her that she’d taken it upon yourself to throw out inventory and shut down the ovens and coffee makers early basically leaving the establishment unable to serve customers. i ordered an egg and cheese with extra egg, a bacon sandwich, and a loaded hashbrown without bacon. my friend ate a sandwich (with bacon). then we realized it was mine w the extra egg. and then realized the hashbrowns had bacon too. went back and she said she couldn’t make the sandwich again bc she bit it? so ok whatever ill pay for a new one. but then she took the hashbrowns and scrapped some of the bacon off. there was 4 hashbrowns left in it and still bacon bits. i’ve gone to this dunkin many times. always forget my extra egg or messing up my order. i’ve worked in fast food and we could never take back food from a customer. let alone give back food that’s already been served. and the one girl always has an attitude. i never order a lot, but they tend to always never cook or toast...
