Update: The company responded by apologizing for misshapen bagels and not one word about the burned ones we had to throw away. Not an offer to send new ones, and their offer to refund is not possible since I ordered through QVC. What a joke. I still DO NOT RECOMMEND this bagel company

I was so looking forward to these bagels since the brand I ordered a few months ago was very disappointing. They arrived today and these are even worse. Only a few of the cinnamon ones are burned, but almost all of the raspberry ones are burned. Because of that they taste terrible and the texture is all wrong. They are not light and chewy, they are tough and burned tasting. They look nothing like the ones presented on QVC. Also, they are misshapen-- I could live with that, but not them being burned. I go to NYC every year and have eaten bagels all over Manhattan-- everything from $1 ones from a street cart to $3 ones from a shop. I have never had anything like these--no shop in the city would allow these to be served to customers. Plus, there is no raspberry visible or that I can taste in the raspberry ones. Sending them back isn't worth the hassle and the expense. We will cut off the bottoms and eat what we can, but I will never buy these again. Definitely DO...

Many years ago I lived in Canarsie, in Brooklyn, NY right down the street from an authentic bagel store. The bagels were great. Then I moved to Long Island and never again had a bagel as good (not even close). I recently discovered Just Bagels and I am so happy. I am addicted to poppy seed bagels and these are amazing. They are huge and smothered in seeds. I can't tell you how happy I am to finally be able to enjoy a great bagel. I know the shipping cost is high, but I would rather pay that cost and know that I am getting an authentic, quality product. These bagels are truly the real deal. We moved from Northern NJ to southern AZ in 2021. Trust me when I say there are no bagel shops nearby. Saw these on QVC originally, ordered them, and the rest was history! We now order 48 "everything" at a time direct from Just Bagels. The box arrives 2 days later via Fed Ex and we freeze as directed. Absolutely, hands down, the very best you can buy. We continue to be repeat customers as we open the last bag of bagels.
