McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

I order from here often via Ubereats usually during day and evening hours. I usually have no problems and the food is ok. But over the past years the few times when i do order overnight around 2-3 am i noticed a very disturbing trend with the food. Its almost always cold. Like totally, ridiculously cold and hard. As if its been sitting there since the afternoon. I paid a delivery fee, plus tip, plus service fee. Waited 40 minutes and all i could do was drink my soda because it was the only thing that was fresh. The fries were so hard and the burger was so hard i didnt dare bite into it. It felt like a small paper weight. Its now impossible to expect customer service from situations like this because the delivery is 3rd party and you cannot send the driver back. I know there is no point making a protest to the manager because i called and she sounded like she wanted to get back to her sleep. I wont bother calling corporate because this location is in the hood and they could care less if the customers in the ghetto gets fresh food. So I plead with the staff of this location to simply hold yourself to the slightest standard of professionalism and consider if you would eat a hours old burger and fries that someone just paid and waited for. The good thing is i only order 3 times a month and im pretty sure ive learned my lesson and to never, make the foolish mistake to order anything from this location after 11 pm. It's...

My experience I must say was pleasant. I went early last Sa morning like 4am. Drive thru only. I had placed a mobile order at home and came to pick up . I asked the young woman at the window should I wait behind the cars on line or wait by her being that I had a already ordered thru my phone prior to coming . She nicely instructed me to let the woman who was taking orders around the car line thru the speaker know my order number. It was busy but staff , the young women that were working, were very nice and professional and down to earth and patient with me being that my order number wasnt in their system. I ordered over again, but although it was busy, the fact that they were cool with me and and I to them, made that issue almost non existent . Food was great as well. They did an excellent job that morning. Killing it. They all were doing their best to carry out a busy chaotic shift that morning. I appreciate them for that. Thumbs up to the overnight weeknd...

Ordered online and came to pick up at 4:38 AM, Wedenesday (01/12/2022). The front door was closed hence i decided to use the empty drive through. There was no other car. I told them my order number they said i would have to come around to the closed front door to pick up. Apparently, it would be a breach of their policy to serve me throgh the drive through window. I repeated that the door was closed and that was the reason I had to use the drive through. They were too stubborn to hand me the order. They would rather want me to gwt out of my car and wait in the 22°F cold for my order. I didnt have the appetite for a big mac after all that. So I cancelled the order.

The three young lady who I talked to were extremely rude. They may not have best of upbringings, however, McDonalds should have trained them better. I pray and hope that they become better human beings in the future and I wish them...
