THE BEST OF THE BEST! Vincent literally has hands of magic!!! I hired Vin to make my wedding cake in July at Nanina's in the Park, and from start to finish, it was such a pleasure to work with him! He is sooo funny, personable, professional, impressive, talented, and passionate about what he does. We started out by having a consultation so he could get an idea of what I wanted... he called this a "design concept meeting" where we spoke about different ideas for the cake, color schemes to match our florals, our budget, and how many people it would need to feed. He showed my husband and I pictures to give us different ideas he had for us, and he hit the nail on the head with what we wanted. We then had another meeting as it got closer to taste different favors and combos to see what we wanted flavor wise... and one thing I'll say about his cakes... is that they TASTE PHENOMENAL and soooo fresh! Literally everybody at my wedding was in awe with how amazing and fresh the cake was... it really does taste as good as it looks. Thank you so much Vincent and the entire VSC team for taking sure good care of my husband and I and making out wedding cake dreams...

Vincenzo was an absolute pleasure to work with from day 1. I used him for my wedding cake back in May and I still dream about how damn delicious it was. Literal best cake I’ve ever had in my life. Vincenzo is able to accomplish something thats very hard to do in the wedding industry, which is making cakes look as good as they taste. Not only are his flavors unique and delicious, but the way he designs the cakes is literal artwork. All the flowers he made for my cake were hand crafted and edible. Not only did they match the exact colors of my actual flowers, but he also matched the color of the cake itself to my bridesmaid dresses. Also, he completely changes my mind about fondant. The fondant on his cakes was delicious and tasted like marshmallows! The tasting was also so fun. His office in Staten Island is like an alice in wonderland tea party and he gives you the most adorable little samples of his cake flavors to choose from. He even personally delivered the cake to my venue on Long Island all the way from Staten Island and set it up beautifully on a bed of flowers! Could not recommend him enough, he’s an...

If we could go back in time, we would have not hired them as our vendor. We saw beautiful pictures on instagram, and booked them for our wedding. Our cake was included with our venue, but as we wanted a special decoration, they charged us an upgrade fee for the design. We made the payment, and the cake that was delivered to us was BLANK! It had nothing on, no design!! It was such a disappointment, specially because we dont even like cake, we only wanted a "beautiful" cake for the pictures, the taste didnt really matter for us. As the cake delivered wasnt the one on our contract we didnt even bother taking pictures with it. My Day of Coordinator spoke with them and they went to the venue and made some adjustments, it wasnt the cake we wanted but at least there was some decoration on it at the time... And they never bothered getting in touch with us apologizing or...
