Dunkin' — Restaurant in Newberry Township

We went through the drive thru for some quick breakfast and ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich, a single doughnut, a bagel with cream cheese, and an iced caramel coffee. The sandwich and bagel were fine and the coffee was quite good. However, when we ordered the doughnut we asked for a chocolate cake doughnut with chocolate frosting and sprinkles. It was for a 3 year old and that's her favorite. The girl at the drive thru said that they had the doughnut but not with sprinkles. We asked if they could simply give us a side of sprinkles and we could put them on ourself and the girl refused. The problem is that we have had this exact situation happen at other locations and they were more than happy to give us some sprinkles. One other location even went as far as to sprinkle a doughnut themselves. I cannot fathom why this location decided to not go not the extra mile, but not even the extra inch. I’d give no starts if that was an option… 🙄 Horrible customer service, language barrier makes things even worse. They hardly ever get what you want right. And this time around when you go for the Halloween buckets GOOD LUCK! they pick and choose who they want to give them too and even after seeing them given out to other customers and then going back for one yourself because you weren’t originally given one they tell you absolutely not you can’t even pay for an empty bucket after offering to do so when you weren’t given one in the first place ! Then after calling and being told by another staff member oh no problem you can come back we’ll get it to you. NOPE! Go back out again and nothing! owners/management whoever refused AGAIN! Don't go to this Dunkin. I saw ROACHES walking in the donut case. A customer before me was complaining that both of her coffee rolls were not fully cooked in the middle. I work as an Autistic Support Teacher, so I need my caffeine daily and would stop here every day, and sometimes, on weekends now, I have to go out of my way to Route 30 to get my coffee. Listen, I love Dunkin' and have been buying coffee throughout this Country, even in Alaska and Puerto Rico. But wrong is wrong, and cleanliness is a priority in my book.
