They should say they close hot food at 7:38pm. Open until 8pm. But hey, they don't want a regular customer.

So let me start again.... since now I am not pissed off and fed by a different company. So your company knows I come in between 7:35-7:40. The service is usually decent even though the manager is never happy when i come in and has turned me away when they are slow even though the sign says it's "open" when driving down the street. I tried once to order ahead, and the food was Luke warm and not the expected and known quality that i have grown accustomed to getting at your restaurant. I decided that was not an option. Still, I came back because I have used your restaurant before and felt like one bad time and a few time closed because they are slow was irritating but not worth a 1 star review. Then tonight, I was hungry and happy I got to your restaurant before 7:40, like I usually do. They said they couldn't help and the kitchen is closed at 7:40, when it was 7:36. So, yes, I was pissed off. Who wouldn't be. You expect high-class service and are treated like my money is no good.

By the way. The service is the most important part. Everyone has food but service is hard to come by.

You can be happy I will never come back. Hope you stay in business and grow, but my money will never be spent at your restaurant again. Which by your message, you're doing just fine. So, one less person won't hurt your business. Hopefully, you don't continue what your manager did to me, or else you might not...

2024 December update - stopped for lunch during the week. Discovered that the whole place has been remodeled beautifully! Same amazing food made right there too. Had the bacon and cheddar pierogis, and husband had the meatball sub with fried. Both were excellent and hot. I asked for sour cream on the side and it came in it's own little container, perfect for dipping.

2022 update- Stopped here for dinner on Monday. Many other places are now closed on Mondays, but not Johnny's! I had the bacon & cheddar pierogis (made by the local Pierogi Palace) and there were soooo good. Great comfort food on the way home. The lady behind the counter was friendly and patient and efficient. Food came out hot. A small local eatery, they have a big menu. Pizzas. Sandwiches. Breakfast all day. And you can't forget ice cream. 🍨 🍦

Went here today & girls where good but lady that owned it was very unprofessional. Computers went out & she acted like an idiot yelling & screaming & had girls upset and us as customers disenchanted.besides that their system is extremely disorganized which allowed them to make us & bring out wrong food the chilli we got was rite and very good. the owners need training a lot of it they lady is very stupid and has no customer or employee service knowledge. But to be clear the rd employees and food where good. The system in place is disorganized. Today 7-15-18 first off your wrong I took my food with me & ate it later. I did not throw any food so as usual you are wrong & called police on the wrong person. That just proves my point that you need educated. You don't see things in reality.
