Food: I’ve only had their chicken wings. They’re decently sized, juicy, perfectly cooked. Doesn’t have to most selection for draft beers. But it’s a ski resort so I won’t be too critical.
Atmosphere: Always very talented artist here on the weekends.

(Story time)
The time was 1:15pm. I dropped off my board to get it waxed at the tuning shop downstairs, then headed upstairs to grab a beer.
I have ordered a beer at the bar inside, and since it was nice out, I decided to sit at the picnic table on the patio outside. Not even 5 minutes later, an old blonde server came and told me I had to give up the table since I was only one person taking the entire picnic table, and that there were larger groups waiting for my table.
I didn’t see any group waiting for a table outside, but since she was just doing her job, (as I’m sure she also want to wait larger parties to make more tips), I smiled, gave her the benefit of the doubt, nodded and agreed that I’ll just find a table inside.
As it turned out, no one was actually waiting for a table outside. The next group (of 2 people) didn’t even sit down at that table until 30 minutes later.
She essentially lied to a customer in order to make more tips. I understand ski season is short and she wants to make the most of it. But this is not the way to do it.
What the waitress could’ve said was “You’re welcome to sit here for as long as you want, but since these are full-service tables and you ordered your beer at the bar, we’d have to ask you to kindly give up your table if a large group comes.” I would’ve gladly move, as that would’ve been a completely reasonable request. (There was no sign posted outside either.)
With attitude and mindset like that, I don’t think she’d get very much tip anyway
Very bad look on...

BUT for the life of you DO NOT order the cheeseburger. It is dry, tastes like a gas station burger, 18$, and when you ask to order the burger medium (or any other wat) they say the burger comes out how its cooked. They do not take cooking preferences.
I 100%would rather eat a fast food burger from any fast food place than spend 18$ on whatever they are passing off as this burger.
If your at the mountain and have the choice between staying for a burger or get McDonald's…. Go for McDonalds, you will save money and it will taste millions of...
Read moreI really enjoyed this lodge! The beer options were pretty good (love the foggy goggles) and LOVED that they had a vegan chili on the menu! It can be tough for vegetarians to eat at ski mountains but this place had delicious food. The servers (Tom I think? Tim?) were friendly and helpful and chatted craft beer with us for a while. Will...
