Grazers Burgers & Beer — Restaurant in Newcastle

Absolutely horrible!!!! It took them about 15 minutes to bring us our drinks, when there was only one other table here! Our original waitress disappeared after taking our drink order, which explains why we didn’t get our drinks. Our appetizer (cheese curds) arrived having only maybe ten or eleven tiny, crunchy curds that had hardly any cheese in them. Someone brought us food and it wasn’t even ours! That food sat with us for about five minutes before we found a waitress and told her it wasn’t our food. She then proceeded to take the food and give it to the other table! That wasn’t sanitary in the slightest. Our food finally arrived after 45 minutes of waiting and it was COLD!! Awful service, absolutely no need to have three cooks when it’s that slow! My first time eating here the burger was slightly overcooked and did not come out hot, luckily the amazing french fries made up for it.. the second time I ordered food was the chicken breast onions and bell peppers. When I got my chicken breast it was like quarter of a chicken breast and there was hardly any onions or bell peppers I was extremely disappointed and felt ripped off. I've been back a couple times to get a beer but the only reason I come back is because Eric the waiter is a really good waiter with a really good energy level. I hope one of these days I can get it properly cooked Burger there but I might just have to jump on the grill myself...

This place is clean, just off the road and attached to a hotel. The wait staff was friendly. We ordered simple burgers. Apparently they don't come with fries and you pay extra for those. The lettuce they brought for my burger was rotten. To the extent of slimy. It never should have made it past the cooks or the waitress. My husband had to ask for his lettuce and pickles and still ended up with lettuce and tomatoes instead. When I asked for an extra condiment, I had gotten it towards the end of the meal.
