Ordered lunch through app. Was told 12:10 pick up. So went to the store and waited a bit. Previously due to a disability I was told to ask for orders to be brought out to my car. Added that to special instructions. 1210 the app says order ready. Great a little busy so I figured it would be a few minutes longer. I wait and wait. I saw a friend inside and messaged her she checked no food. Said they told her not ready yet. Oh ok weird, as I said app said it was done. Several more people enter and leave after I had ordered. Finally at 1235 an employee comes out and says “uh we don’t have the bread you wanted” this is 25 minutes past my being told it was ready. I have ordered before and had a call immediately to say we don’t have your bread style would you like a substitute? Not this time I sat in the parking area 45 minutes total. I went full Karen on the kid and said forget it cancel my order and refund my money. I sent a complaint to their corporate site, as of yet no refund. Just because it is a small town and there is not many fast casual places to choose from doesn’t give you permission for poor customer service. The kicker is right on the door is their phone number but call it and no answer. I inquired about that once and was told that the owners have put in place a rule to not answer phones.    Read moreHands down the worst customer service I have received today I was coming into town and called to place an order once someone finally answered the phone all i got was a "hello" once I established i had actually contacted subway I recited my order and was told it would be 25 or 35 minutes before my food was ready at which point I asked for one sub? And was hung up on. On my drive through newcastle i stopped to see if this subway was actually that busy to which I found no line at all and was informed that i had talked to a lady named Mindy..
