Chilly Willy's — Restaurant in Newcomerstown

Excellent little ice cream shop. Prices are at or slightly below competitive shops. I ordered a small twist (choc and van, softserve) sundae with whip cream and sprinkles. When the order came through I quickly realized I should have ordered a kids size, lol. A small is compared to a medium at most chain shops like DQ. My wife ordered a small PB flurry and it too was more than she expected. The ice cream was heaping out of the 12 oz cup. Most places would have charged $1.15 more and called it a medium or even a large, nope not at Chilly Willy. Has both softserve and hand dip, I tried both and they are excellent. Went in on a Thursday night, only one person ahead of my daughter and I. Waited over 30 minutes just to get our order taken. The girl messed our order up twice while I was giving her what we wanted, I told her once again, she read it back and still messed up my daughter's ice cream and my son's footlong. Also forgot part of our order and had to wait another ten minutes because they were talking instead of helping customers. The cook was nice enough to get us what was missed. Not a good experience. My family and I went to get ice cream and I asked for a scoop of mint chocolate chip and cookies and cream ice cream in a small container and I got mint chocolate chip with cookie dough. I wasn't happy. I told the girl and she literally scooped out the cookie dough and added cookies and cream. Really was I suppose to eat that. I literally walked out and threw it in the trashcan.
