Dunkin' — Restaurant in Newnan

I do quite a bit of take out ordering for my staff. Unfortunately, just about every time I come to this location there is something wrong with my order. There is actually too much to list, but I will just list a few.

We ordered a Large Hot Tea for with sugar on the side. We received a Large Hot Black Coffee with a Tea bag in it. Who puts a tea bag in a cup of coffee.

We ordered a toasted bagel with butter, it took them almost 15 minutes for them to get it to us. While we were standing there, the young man that was working that station, bagged up another persons order, dropped the bag on the floor, picked it up and handed it to the young lady working the drive thru, who then gave it to the customer. Nasty

Unfortunately, this location is apparently a training facility. The manager is a great guy and does the best that he can do, but there is so much volume there that he can't do everything. The staff is mostly younger people and they just are not customer service oriented. The young lady that normally works the driver thru window in the morning is amazing. There is also a young black lady that works the cash register that is amazing when she is there. Those 3 individuals actually are the ones keeping this place together. The others you can tell really don't want to be there.

I was a Starbuck's person for a long time and a friend got me hooked on DD, but Starbuck's customer service is leaps and bounds better than this DD. I have watched so many people walk out of this location due to bad customer service and taking to long to get people's orders out. They will have 6 people working and a line out the door because their order hadn't even been taking yet. You actually have to wave them down to take your order. SAD

I would vote 0 stars if I could. Don’t come to this Dunkin Donuts unless you want Step to argue with you about how you want your coffee made, and argue so much that she forgets half of your order, making you drive back for the other half. Not everyone knows whats the difference is between every single coffee and I sure didn’t! I asked very nicely first off to just have black coffee added to my drink because I don’t like milky drinks. I understand ordered a macchiato but I didn’t understand exactly what I was ordering because I was rushing and just wanted to get a coffee in me. Step proceeds to lecture me on not knowing the differences between the coffees on the menu and refuses to add black coffee to my drink because it has “espresso”. I didn’t want more espresso added, I just wanted coffee added. That was a huge issue for her as she proceeded to argue with me, so much so that I didn’t receive two breakfast sandwich’s, and didn’t give me all the munchkins I paid for! Worst customer service ever!!! I ordered a turkey cake for my husband since his birthday was on Thanksgiving day. I placed the order on Tuesday around 12: 00pm online. It was supposed to be ready on thanksgiving day at 1:30pm option that was online for pick up times. Also, I ordered cookies and cream flavor and on my ordered it said Pralines and cream. When I get to the store it was closed and no one was there. This was really inconvenient for me since it was my husband's birthday cake. I went to the store the next morning, which it was today and they didn't even make the cake for me. The only answer I received from one of the employees was I don't know what happened to your order! seriously?? I told her I want a refund please, gave it to me and only said I'm sorry! They didn't take my situation into consideration and didn't even offer me anything to make my situation better, could've at least offer to make a me cake or give me another one.
