Partners II Pizza — Restaurant in Newnan

I just wanted to give Gabriella, the manager, a good review for the way she took care of me. I placed an order for vegan pizza with plant-based pepperoni. I had called earlier that day to confirm that they had vegan pizza and mock meats. The lady I spoke with told me they had plant-based pepperoni and she confirmed that with someone else and they told her yes. When I placed the order online for a vegan pizza with plant-based pepperoni I put in the comments that I wanted the pepperoni to be plant based. I called Partners to Pizza and spoke with Gabriella. She said they do not have plant-based pepperoni. After speaking with her and getting all the details worked out she told me about the new vegan cheese they are using. I have never heard of it so wanted to know what the ingredients were in the cheese. She offered to send me a text message from her personal phone to give me that information and she refunded me for the extra charge for the pepperoni being on the pizza. I thought that was very nice of her, and to top it off after we picked up the order she called me a little before closing to see how my pizza was and if it was to my liking. This review pains me to make, because my family have been patrons of this establishment for decades and have always loved their pizza! The potato pizza is like nothing you can get anywhere else. Anyways, we had some family friends in town and had been raving how good the pizza was at Partners, so we ordered what everyone wanted and went to pick it up. On the way out the door, I noticed the health inspection score was an 88. Everything still tasted good, not as good as normal but not different to call for complaint if that makes sense. That is until the two people in our party that ate a calzone started getting very sick later that night. Unfortunately, they got what we now know had to be food poisoning from the all meat calzone. I'm guessing it was either not cooked properly or the meat was mishandled. Either way, it is unacceptable. We won't be coming back until the score recovers into the high...

Wife and I have visited this location for many years and both have our favorites here..however, we will not be returning. During our most recent visit, we were informed there was a single waitress and were ok with that. As we sat there for a long while I noticed people still being sat, watched the manager and owner just stand around and walk by here and there..then the waitress started waiting on the people who came in after us. Noticed the waitress also having to make the sweet tea, so this isn’t her fault..but I’m assuming the manager and owner, that both looked at us several times, are too good to at least get drinks started for their only waitress, or at least make the tea to help her out. Owner knew exactly what was going on when I stood up, because she asked me if we were leaving because we hadn’t been waited on..she didn’t care though. I’ll take my business somewhere that...
