TEQUILAS TAQUERIA BAR & GRILL LLC — Restaurant in Newnan

I would love to give this place 5 stars however, the younger waitresses ruined that for us. My husband and our family have gone here for the last year since moving to GA. Food is GREAT! Tonight I went to pick some up with one of my daughters and the younger waitresses had to be directed to wait on me after helping several others and walking away from me. The response when told to do so was “I GUESS” I ordered for 3 people and asked to receive two salads and was told they charge for that. I said that is fine and she said $2.50. I handed my card and she said “do you have cash I can only charge $5” I said charge me the $5. I told her all my tacos were not there, she stated yes they were (not even checking). Thankfully the cook corrected her and there was another box. I stated we always got a salad, lime and sauces with each meal. She said they always charge for this and I said you never do when my Spanish speaking husband comes in. She raised her voice and got in my face and stated I am sorry you feel this way. Then her sister joined in. There are no feelings I know what we were provided the last year and the cost. I do know I don’t accept being yelled at and people in my face. I called the number it appears on Google the lady that answered the phone was very rude, I asked if they were open regular hours and she said yes, I asked the price of the tacos and she said the price and hung up just like that I called again because I thought I lost signal and I apologized to her because I thought I lost the signal and she said I answered all your questions and I cant talk anymore because I am on my break time if you have anymore questions call back later or come to the restaurant and hung up again. I didn't get her name but that was so rude of her if you are on your break dont answer the phone.

Llame al numero que aparece en google y la persona que contestó fue muy grosera. Pregunte si estaban abiertos y dijo si pregunte el precio de los tacos y los dijo y colgo el teléfono. Llame otra ves porque pense que havia perdido la señal en el telefono y cuando contestó me disculpe porque se corto la llamada y muy groseramente dijo que ya havia contestado las preguntas que si tenia alguna otra que llamara después o que fuera ala tienda porque ella estaba en su descanso y colgo el teléfono. Si esta descansando no conteste el telefono y ya no tiene que ser grosera y contestar de la manera...

I’m reading comments and so far I’m glad people that are joining the food. My parents and Uncle do the best to give everything to their customers we really appreciate it a lot 🙏🏻❤️ but one thing this is a outdoor restaurant me and sisters it’s not a obligation for us to service the food. We do when we are told us by our mother or when the business is packed. People usually get up for their food either works to be honest. The taco are freshly made the meat runs out super fast that’s why sometimes the wait is longer and we understand when our customers get irritated about it which makes us stress out because we feel like we not doing the stuff right but my uncle only has two hands 😭😭 We are extremely sorry for the long wait but it’s worth it. Aslo we are friendly employees we might have a serious face but we nothing but the best. I personally can’t help it that I have a mean looking face but I mean nothing but the best to anyone that comes to our business and people say we on our phone we charger credit cards with our phones so we have our electronics device with us all the time. Which is a huge difference. Nothing but the best to anyone that supports the Taco place and also The taco man...
