I ordered a latte w “ no foam”! However i was served w full of foam. I asked the person whether he could get rid of foam reminding him that i ordered “ no foam”. Without any word, he snatched the cup, poured it off, made it again. When he put the cup in the board, i said “ Thank you! “. Guess what?! He even didnt look at me, no word, just walked out!
