Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Nicholasville

I ordered delivery and after 45 minutes I called to check on the order as I’m only 3 miles from the store. The male manager “ash” informed me they only had one driver but all orders were out for delivery. I waited about 45 minutes then called back. He looked up my order and said he assigned it over an hour ago and it should have already been delivered. It was not which his response was maybe he took it to the wrong place. I then said i wanted my money back and he refunded me. Terrible customer service. Terrible staffing and opperations. Arrived at 11:55 and waited till 12:05 to order a crowd arrived behind me and the person who took my order began mumbling about everyone arriving at the same time and griping about a crowd. He identified himself as the manager and I asked him if I should go elsewhere. If you cannot staff with more than one employee then don't open. It is Sunday. I ordered 38 minutes ago on the app because I don't have much time and wanted the order available when I arrived. At this point I don't know when my order preparation will start. There is one employee trying their best however she must stop and take orders, then prepare food.
