Simple Simon's Pizza — Restaurant in Nicoma Park

Went to the Sunday lunch buffet. Can’t believe I drove 25min for this disappointment. Nothing new went out onto the buffet in the 30+min I was there, and some of the pizzas looked like a person who’d been out in the sun for far too long. (Lacked any form of shininess like it was fresh, very dull looking) Don’t get the buffet if it’s set to close in ~45min unless you like old pizza that’s burnt/crunchy & nothing new put out. Have been to other Simple Simon’s buffets (and other pizza buffets) run better than this one looks to be. Don’t have to completely reload the buffet but dear god remove the pizzas that look dull and unappetizing at the least.

Update: I have gone back a couple times since the original review & it does appear they’re trying to refresh the pizzas a bit more often than the first time. That being said, it does remind me a bit more of the Simple Simons pizzas I had when I was younger (as long as they’ve not been sitting under the warmer...

Tonight was our 1st experience at this wonderful place. We came in towards the end of the family night buffet but the pizza still looked warm enough to eat so we went for it instead of ordering. Not only was the pizza delicious but the owner Ashley came over and offered to make something fresh and to our liking. Most places these days don't even care if your satisfied during peak hours so it really was going above and beyond in our opinion. Even my 12 year old commented how nice she and everyone was there. There was another new family ordering take out at the same time and they commented how wonderful the service was too. Great job to this awesome restaurant! It's been around 20 years since I had a Simple Simon's pizza. I recently found this Simple Simon's pizza. I ordered the large 14-inch 6 meet pizza with added mushrooms and cheese. I will refrain from cussing with excitement of how good this pizza was, it was so f'n good. This Simple Simon Pizza properly Cooks the pizza where the bottom is crisp, instead of soft like other local pizza places I know, where that soft Underside makes the pizza seem like it isn't cooked all the way. It's been too long since I've had good pizza like this Simple Simon's Pizza. I will be coming here again and recommend it to everyone I know.
