Biggie's — Restaurant in Niles Township

It's a good thing that the restaurant has a nice location, and I found it when I was looking for a spot to eat. I found this restaurant in the area. I was not very familiar with the place, so I was just glad that I was able to find a good spot quickly. Parking is also available in the restaurant. It is clean. It is also small, which is perfectly fine. It is a normal type of restaurant with a nice view, clean and bright surroundings, with many tables and chairs available. It was not busy when I went there, and I am so grateful that it was because I was really able to get food fast. The service was really quick. The staff behind the counter were nice and friendly, and the food was served after a short wait after ordering. I almost forgot about their menu, which really has a variety of options. Their menu is so wide and I did not really expect it. There were a variety of choices, and the prices were fair and reasonable. I just decided to have a double cheeseburger, crinkle cut fries, and four buffalo fried tenders, which all had a nice portion and were also fresh and hot when they were served. All I can say about the food is that it was all delicious. I loved every single one of them, and my favorite is definitely their buffalo fried tenders, simply because they were crispy, tender, and the flavor was amazing. It was my first visit to the restaurant, but it didn't feel like it. Food is delicious. Prices are fair and reasonable. Service is quick...

Let me be blunt by stating I’ve never encountered a more diasterous “attempted meal” or business owner. After being a prominent Skokie resident for over 20 years, you brought your business into “our” community, meaning if you’re hoping for success, quality of food & community relations should be your top priorities. Pettiness specifically about the female owners disrespect & name calling directed at me should be at the forefront. We won’t tolerate your hate rhetoric in our community! I don’t know if she was racially motivated or just having a bad day, but I will never be stepping foot or giving my hard earned money, nor do I recommend anyone else does to this ungrateful business. This place used to have the biggest menu; wings, italian beef, gyros... but after 2016 I walk into the establishment and the only topping available for a burger was lettuce. Extremely disappointing, I used to come here all the time with my friends for the variety and pretty solid food, but lately it feels like the restaurant was either cutting back for lack of labor earned or the cooks were too lazy to invest in some onions or tomatoes. Seriously, how do you flaunt a burger on your logo that HAS TOMATOES AND ONIONS ON THE PICTURE but then dont serve those toppings for the last three years... sad to see this...
