*Update: I want to share a more recent experience to further reinforce my 5-star review. Throughout the years, I have continued to order at least once a month, if not more often, from this Marcos. Has every experience been perfect? No. But most are pretty spot-on, and this location continues to be my go-to. Today, I ordered several pizzas for a family gathering. Unbeknownst to me, my husband picked up the pizzas while running an errand. When I arrived at Marcos, I was I told the pizzas had been picked up. When I got home, I realized one of the pizzas my husband had picked up was not what I had ordered. I called Marcos, was told they knew exactly which incorrect pizza I received and they told me they’d make a new pizza for me. So, my husband and I drove back together to get the pizza.
When we arrived, the pizza was not yet in the oven, but the staff rushed it and got it in quickly. Needless to say, I was slightly irritated by the delay. As my husband and I were waiting, I noticed the woman at the register was showing customers their pizzas at the counter before they paid to make sure their orders were correct. I asked my husband who helped him at the counter, and he pointed to the same woman. I mentioned that all this would have been avoided had she shown him the pizzas before he paid. He said she did, and he told her they were correct because he didn’t know what I ordered (despite it being on the receipt and the email confirmation). I was so embarrassed! Not only did the employees not call us out for my husband’s mistake, but they willingly remade our pizza. Talk about going above and beyond for what wasn’t entirely their error.
This location continues to impress me, and the staff were extra amazing today. I’m so grateful they were willing to fix the error even though there was probably some frustration on their end about the situation. And I’m sure my husband was grateful for not being thrown under the bus.*
This location always has great food! They helped me out of a bind last year when I had ordered pizza for a kids’ party from another location, and no one was in the restaurant and the doors were locked when I went to pick up my order. Read more9/17/23 Never left a review for pizza but I couldn’t let this go. Actually this was my second order this week. First order was very good as have been my previous experience with this store. Today however I will not be ordering from them again. Received my order via door dash upon tasting the pizza and bread sticks they were just off something was wrong with the dough. I called the store directly talked to Luke who stated that sometimes the dough doesn’t proof and that sounded like what had happened. He then talked to his manager who told him that I had to go through DoorDash for problems. Ok text DoorDash they gave me a 10$ credit on a 34$ order. Not good enough. I live literally two minutes from the store. I wanted a new order. So I called back and after holding for six minutes to be disconnected called back held 10 minutes finally spoke with the manager unfortunately I didn’t get his name because he literally could have cared less about my issues. I suggested that he make me a new order and deliver it to my house. He then said they were busy and didn’t have time to do that and his drivers didn’t work for free. I wasn’t expecting not to tip the driver but he wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence. I’ve been a long time customer and never had any issues. But the food was bad and the attitude of this manager was unacceptable. Maybe he was busy but that is no excuse to be rude and nasty. Read morePlaced an order today, Friday July 28th, via the app at 4:31. The promised time for the order was 4:51. I arrive at 4:51 to pick up the order. There was one customer in the store who was waiting for her order to be completed. The owner/manger advised my order had not been made yet. At 5:22 I received my order which the receipt showed the order was placed at 4:58. Several customers were in line waiting to pick up their carry out orders. One had canceled her order because it was 5 minutes past her promised by time and had not been started. Another customer only had half his order made so he had to wait for them to make the rest of the order. There were eight people waiting in line behind me.
