Ono’s is for sure worth 5 stars! We went for Mother’s Day and they were booked with reservations thru 7:45pm, however, they were also taking walk ins, and the wait is 100% worth it. They will offer you drinks while you wait and the service was quick and attentive! They do not cook in front of you, but the food is even better than Shogun! My husband and I both ordered the combination and added lobster tail. The prices were perfect, and the food amazing! We also shared jalapeno bombs (similar to a heart attack) and a Philadelphia roll. While shopping, we saw this little sushi restaurant and decided to stop by. The ambience was dark yet quaint, and the service was warm and welcoming. As soon as we walked in, there was a server there to greet us and seat us. Although it was our first time there, I did notice when other customers came in the servers knew them by name which did impress me. Once I decided on what sushi rolls I was going to order they came out pretty fast … I will say they were so delicious!! These were probably some of the best sushi I have had ever!! We walked in and were promptly greeted. We found our seats and had service right away. Our drinks were ordered and we were given time to look over the menu since it was our first time here. We ordered 2 orders of yellowtail belly sushi, 2 orders of Bluefin toro, and an order of Maguro, they were to die for. So delicious!!!! The quality of the fish was Supreme.
