The mobile order works but it’s like they disabled it or something. I have my mobile order put in and I waited for long time and I had to let them know I am waiting on my mobile order. It seems they don’t even have my order shows on screen and they have to take my phone and ask what did I ordered.
This happen so many times already! It work perfectly fine before, but now they seems to choose to make mobile order extra work and wait so they can focus on restaurants orders only.
I been trying to ask for an explanation but they do not even bother to explain, they just want me to not use the mobile order. Makes me wonder if they doing this by purpose.
Now I do mobile order they fail to give me a receipt too. Some of the employees are friendly but some of them give you really bad attitude if you are asking something was missing from your order. I choose to leave a bad review here because their manager doesn’t seems care too much about customer service as well.
I hope they realized customers is very important, because so many bad experiences I had here I would probably make a report to base too and I would suggest my shipmates do it too.

When you place a dine in order you are given a table top marker number so the employees know where to bring your food, instead your number is just yelled out across the dining hall rapidly and increasing in volume until you come pick it up. When you ask for your drink cup or condiments the employees have a certain attitude that makes you feel you are being rude for taking up their time. I have heard on more than one occasion employees using foul language while arguing with each other and on other occasions complaining about their current working conditions both while there is a full dining hall. Someone from corporate needs to visit or audit this location. I am assuming because it’s on a military base, they don’t know how to properly run a fast food restaurant. This afternoon, three of us ordered and waited an hour for our food. An hour for a Bic Mac, which was not even good or fresh. The cashiers are taking orders but the whole restaurant was full of patrons waiting for food. Maybe stick someone in the back instead of standing around the front. More interesting the staff was so lazy they would call a number and sit there easily wasting up to 5 minutes for someone to grab their food. Seriously, go get the next bag! Are you worried a military member in uniform is going to steal someone’s food?! These are busy locations and they are losing business with people unwilling to wait. I even heard one of the sailors say it’s like this all the time and people were walking out. I know we would not have waited if we would have known it was going to be over an hour.
