Ordered online before leaving work because I was craving a great cheesy pizza the review and pictures are always so positive so I thought I would give them a try. I received text message that my order would be ready between 5:16 and 5:31. I got to the restaurant at about 5:25. A couple people were picking up and placing orders in front of me, when I got up tonthe counter it was about 5:30. Gave the gentleman my name he went back to look for my order after a few minutes and what looked to be like he was maybe fixing one of my pizzas and then came back and said it would be a few fee minutes. I sat at a table for about 15 min more heating the back staff call out order. But never saw anything come out so I decided to go back up to the counter to check my order the girl went and checked and sure enough one of the orders was mine that had been sitting in the water for at least 10 min. I asked her how long it had been waiting and she said it just came up, not true but ok and I said it would have been nice to know since you all knew I had already checked in to pick up and without saying anything she just turned around and walked off. When I checked my pizzas the were warm but not as fresh as I had hoped especially since I had to wait for them to cook. They did not have a lot if toppings like the reviews I had seen. The flavor is alright and the crust isn't anything to right home about. Tastes like a frozen pizza that was put in a pizza oven rather than a conventional oven like most would prepare a frozen pizza. Not that it matters but I do not see myself driving the extra 15 min from Clinton to try again. For those who enjoy keep enjoying its just not for me. Based on service...
Read moreI ordered a philly cheese steak and only saw where it said it came with peppers and onions. So I put no peppers and onions. I got my food and it was ice cold and the bread was soggy as was my coworkers she couldnt even eat it normally because it was falling apart. My mozzarella sticks were ice cold as was the sauce it came with.. I am also allergic to mushrooms and found them on my sandwich not knowing that mushrooms came on it. I called and asked if they could remake it since it wasnt clear when it was ordered. I was told its on the website and I could reorder but would have to repay for it. I definitely wont eat here again I didn't expect the food to be piping hot but I expected it would at least be somewhat warm as it was only a 5 minute drive from the restaurant to my work and when we arrived it was just coming out of the oven. Hopefully its better for the next person I have never ordered from here previously and people told me to go somewhere else but I wanted to give them a try. I paid for a cheese and she was sorry! We sat in the store and proceeded to eat our food! Not one single time did a single employee even begin to make food. Let alone, offer to fix the mistake!
